Christian Astrology is the practice of observing the skies and reading what God has written there, as we were so commanded by Jesus of Nazareth, whom we believe to be the Christ, the Son of God, and the Messiah of this world.
The end purpose of our study, and our life work, is to become more Christlike; to cultivate those traits and characteristics which are most like Him and to weed out those which do not reflect His divine nature, thus making ourselves a welcome place for Him to dwell. Through this practice and this website, we invite you to join us!
![]() We know that it was God, YHVH, who conceived, composed, and instituted the zodiac and the laws of the science of astrology. In Genesis 1:14, we find God saying, 'Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky, and let them serve as signs. And so it was.'
God later emphasized this in a discussion with Job, chapter 38 verse 32, where He says, 'Can you bring forth the Mazzaroth, the zodiac, in their seasons or lead out Ursa Major with it's cubs, Ursa Minor?' In stating it thus, God is clearly claiming both ownership and oversight of the heavens. In Psalm 19 we read how the heavens declare the glory of God and display His handiwork. No one who loves God would disagree or ignore His works and His words. This is especially important as His son, Jesus, instructed us to pay attention to the Mazzaroth and to anticipate His return by observing the signs therein. Luke, who is a first hand witness to Jesus ministry and words, recorded Him saying, ' there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars. The powers of heaven shall be shaken! And then all shall see the Son of Man coming in a cloud. (Luke 21:25 through 27.) If we love God and follow Jesus, we can't ignore these strictures. Why would we even want to do so? Perhaps the most important book of our day is that of the Revelation of John of Patmos, commonly called the Apocalypse of John. We find so much to encourage us to study the heavens and takes it's daily lessons to heart in this book!! Jesus even wrote letters to the angels of the planets, which are recorded in Revelation. He further mentions the twelve signs of the zodiac as the children of Israel. In Revelation 5:12, we read the whole heavenly host of angels proclaim that at the Lamb That Was Slain is to receive power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing. Obviously that Lamb That Was Slain is Jesus; the whole heavenly host is the zodiac. Jesus is being worshiped by the stars themselves! Jesus says: "I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I Am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the Bright Morning Star." Here is positive and uncompromising proof in Jesus own words: He is the Morning Star. (Revelations 22:16.) ![]() In 2 Peter, 1:19, the chief disciple and first Apostle promises us that one day, the Morning Star will rise in our hearts. What great good news! Christian astrology unfolds the lessons of the heavens and makes them plain to those who have an eye to see, and an ear to hear, and know the voice of their Shepherd! We joyfully and humbly invite you partake with us! ![]() ![]() Many churches which arose after our Lord ascended into heaven are Christian in name only; they like the power they have over the lives and behavior of others, and they jealously want to hold on to that power. They misconstrue what Scripture says to their congregation about the origen and purpose of astrology, and refuse to allow their sheep the freedom to know and follow the Good Shepherd. In passages which they cite to condemn astrology, they deliberately obfuscate what God is condemning. This condems the worship of the Sun or Moon or stars, not the observance! ![]() We welcome you to join us in taking back the power from the hidden, and using it to praise of beloved God!
